The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District is transitioning its National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) public engagement to an electronic notification process.

The District will discontinue mass physical mailouts of Notices of Availability (NOA) and Section 404(b)(1) Public Notices.

Moving forward, notifications regarding NEPA document availability will be shared via: district email distributions, official press releases, social media channels, official web updates
