IHNC Lock replacement public review period extended

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, has extended the public review period ending on Aug. 10, 2026, to now end on Aug. 25, 2026, for the Final General Reevaluation Report and Integrated Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal (IHNC) Lock Replacement Project.

IHNC Lock replacement draft report released for public comment

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, released the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal Lock Replacement Supplemental Draft General Reevaluation Report and integrated Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement today for a 45-day public review period ending on July 17, 2025.
