The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is tentatively scheduled to return to normal streetcar service Sept. 6, 2015 following the completion of the Southeast Louisiana Urban Flood Control Project (SELA) under the streetcar line at three St. Charles Avenue intersections.
