ALL projects are sorted by issuance date. The public notices and drawings are in PDF formatted files. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your PC to view the files. If you don't have it, you may download it free from www.adobe.com.

Viewing Notices. To view a Public Notice and its associated Drawings file (if any), click on the "Public Notice" or "Public Notice and Drawings" link and any additional links included in the attachments section. How to send comments. Comments can be mailed to the address appearing in the Public Notice or emailed to the Project Manager identified on the Public Notice. Comments made in reference to a Public Notice should include your name, address, and phone number as well as the permit application number identified on the Public Notice. 

Individuals or parties may request an extension of time in which to comment on the proposed work by writing to the project manager or clicking on the project manager’s name on the public notice grid on the web page.  Any request must be specific and substantively supportive of the requested extension, and received by this office prior to the end of the initial comment period.  The Branch Chief will review the request and the requestor will be promptly notified of the decision to grant or deny the request.  If granted, the time extension will be continuous to the initial comment period and, inclusive of the initial comment period, will not exceed a total of 30 calendar days.

NAME OF APPLICANT: Crescent Midstream, LLC, c/o Delta Coast Consultants, LLC, Attention: Kenneth King, 631 South Hollywood Road, Houma, Louisiana 70360.

LOCATION OF WORK: Located on the northern bank of North Pass, approximately 12.75 miles east Head of Passes, in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, (lat. 29.203581, long. -89.043364), as shown on the attached drawings. (Hydrologic Unit Code: 08090100; Lower Mississippi – New Orleans).

CHARACTER OF WORK: To install and maintain 4 breakwater structures and 14 subsurface concrete mats to protect the existing MP-69A facility and adjacent infrastructure from wave action and erosion. Construction would include jetting for access and the creation of spoil banks. The proposed breakwater structures, one approximately 638 feet long and three approximately 300 feet long, would be placed north, east, and south of the existing facility on top of geotextile fabric (width approximately 47 feet) to an elevation of +4.0 with an 8-foot crown. The proposed 8 by 20-foot concrete mats would be 9 inches thick and connect to extend over two existing pipelines at a depth of approximately -3.0 to -4.0 feet. Access channels ranging from 50 to 90 feet wide would be required for construction equipment and material access. The material from jetting is proposed to be temporary for the access areas north of the facility and permanent to the east and south. Dredging and filling activities associated with the proposed project are anticipated to impact 9.45 acres of water bottoms and permanently impact 0.68 acres of wetlands.
