ALL projects are sorted by issuance date. The public notices and drawings are in PDF formatted files. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your PC to view the files. If you don't have it, you may download it free from www.adobe.com.

To view a Public Notice and its associated Drawings file (if any), click on the "Public Notice" or "Public Notice and Drawings" link and any additional links included in the attachments section. How to send comments. Comments can be mailed to the address appearing in the Public Notice or emailed to the Project Manager identified on the Public Notice. Comments made in reference to a Public Notice should include your name, address, and phone number as well as the permit application number identified on the Public Notice. 

Individuals or parties may request an extension of time in which to comment on the proposed work by writing to the project manager or clicking on the project manager’s name on the public notice grid on the web page.  Any request must be specific and substantively supportive of the requested extension, and received by this office prior to the end of the initial comment period.  The Branch Chief will review the request and the requestor will be promptly notified of the decision to grant or deny the request.  If granted, the time extension will be continuous to the initial comment period and, inclusive of the initial comment period, will not exceed a total of 30 calendar days.

NAME OF APPLICANT: Reliable Production Services, L.L.C., c/o: T. Baker Smith, L.L.C., Post Office Box 2266, Houma, Louisiana 70361.

LOCATION OF WORK: Located in Pointe Coupee Parish, located off Highway 190 and Little Italy Road, near the community of Livonia, Louisiana, (Latitude North: 30.549314°N, Longitude West: -91.481956°W), as shown within the enclosed drawings. (Hydrologic Unit Code 08070300, Terrebonne Basin).

CHARACTER OF WORK: Work consists of excavating approximately 936,695 cubic yards of earthen fill material for the creation of four borrow pits, placing approximately 890 cubic yards of earthen fill material and 270 cubic yards of aggregate fill material to install a 20-foot wide by 2,160-foot long access road, and installing three 30-foot long 18-inch diameter culverts. The project purpose is to access and supply material to the existing facility. Approximately 3.68 acres of forested wetlands, 1.75 acres of emergent wetlands, 1.95 acres of non-jurisdictional emergent wetlands, and 0.04 of an acre of non-wetland waters would be permanently impacted and 0.20 of an acre of non-wetland waters would be temporarily impacted via project implementation. If a Department of the Army permit is warranted, the applicant has proposed to mitigate unavoidable wetlands impacts at an approved and acceptable mitigation bank within the N.O. District.
