CHARACTER OF WORK:  Permit authorizations were granted on May 31, 2006, and on April 24, 2014, approving clearing, grading and filling activities in jurisdictional wetlands, to construct the residential subdivision Beauregard Acres. Credit purchases was verified prior to permit issuance. Of the 24 acres of wetlands authorized to be cleared and filled, approximately 3.8 acres have been cleared and filled leaving 20.2 acres remaining.
