Veterans job fair Saturday at Corps of Engineers
NEW ORLEANS – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District is sponsoring a job fair for veterans and individuals with Disabilities Saturday, June 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the District office.
The intent of the event is to seek out highly qualified veterans and individuals with disabilities for possible employment with the New Orleans District. The event will also afford participants the opportunity to take advantage of such programs as Veterans Recruitment Appointment (VRA) and Schedule A.
The District office is located at 7400 Leake Ave., New Orleans. Visitors 16 years of age or older are required to have photo identification and all vehicles are subject to search by security.
