Corps to host public meetings to discuss IHNC Lock replacement   

NEW ORLEANS – Tonight’s scheduled public meeting about the tentatively selected plan to replace the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal Lock is postponed in response to today’s tornadic activities in New Orleans East and around the Greater New Orleans area.
