The New Orleans District is located on the Mississippi River levee in the Carrollton/Riverbend area of New Orleans. The physical address is 7400 Leake Ave., New Orleans, LA  70118. The New Orleans District reservation is a secured installation and you will need to pass through a security gate before entering. Visitors 16 years of age or older are required to have photo identification and all vehicles are subject to search by security.
