1) The Patch Test was performed on 01-16-2013 and 04-24-2013.
2) The Multibeam data was collected on 01-20-2013 and 06-04-2013.
3) The Laser data was collected on 06-04-2013.
5) Due to a lower water surface elevation during the 2012 Revetment survey,
   there is an increase in bankline coverage of approximately 1 foot.
5) There are no sunken objects located within the survey limits.
   
**The following note was established by a comparison of the 2013 Revetment
Bank to Bank Multibeam Survey to the 2012 Revetment Multibeam Survey**

6) There seems to be few areas of accretion and scour.

**The following note was established by a comparison of the 2013 Revetment
Laser Survey to the 2006 Aerial Laser Survey**

7) The average difference between the data sets are +/- 0.5 ft.
