Viewing Notices. To view a Public Notice and its associated Drawings file (if any), click on the "Public Notice" or "Public Notice and Drawings" link and any additional links included in the attachments section. How to send comments. Comments can be mailed to the address appearing in the Public Notice or emailed to the Project Manager identified on the Public Notice. Comments made in reference to a Public Notice should include your name, address, and phone number as well as the permit application number identified on the Public Notice. 

Individuals or parties may request an extension of time in which to comment on the proposed work by writing to the project manager or clicking on the project manager’s name on the public notice grid on the web page.  Any request must be specific and substantively supportive of the requested extension, and received by this office prior to the end of the initial comment period.  The Branch Chief will review the request and the requestor will be promptly notified of the decision to grant or deny the request.  If granted, the time extension will be continuous to the initial comment period and, inclusive of the initial comment period, will not exceed a total of 30 calendar days.

NAME OF APPLICANT:  EAN Holdings, LLC., c/o CSRS, Inc., ATTN: Kara Moree, 6767 Perkins Road, Suite 200, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70808. 

LOCATION OF WORK:  In wetlands at 6000-6400 Siegen Lane, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in East Baton Rouge Parish, within the Amite River basin in hydrological unit (HUC 08070202), as shown on the attached drawings (Latitude: 30.392528/Longitude: -91.058537).

CHARACTER OF WORK: The applicant has requested a modification to an existing Department of the Army permit which authorized clearing, grading and deposition of fill and aggregate material to construct a hotel, restaurant and appurtenances.  All project site wetland impacts were mitigated for but the project was never constructed.  The proposed modification will occupy the same project footprint and will involve the construction of an Enterprise (Car Sales) office building, repair garage and associated parking areas.  Construction will require the excavation of approximately 2,833 cubic yards of top soil which will be utilized on site and the deposition of approximately 21,999 cubic yards of hauled in fill and aggregate material.
