The Economy Act (31 USC 1535) and 10 USC 3036(d) gives USACE authority to provide reimbursable services to non-DOD Federal Agencies. The Intergovernmental Cooperation Act (31 USC 6505) and 10 USC 3036(d) gives USACE authority to provide reimbursable services to state and local governments. Our geographic boundary for this program is the state of Louisiana.
