Construction of a 225-ft and 75-ft sector gates; 20,000cfs pump station; t-wall on the edge of the 404c area; levee; & excavation/dredging for a gated closure south of the confluence of Harvey & Algiers canals.
This contract includes a 225-ft and 75-ft sector gates; 20,000cfs pump station; t-wall along the edge of the 404c area with a water-control structure across the end of the Estelle outfall canal; & excavation of the GIWW channel; levee tie-in; relocation of East Bayou Road; dredging of Algiers Canal for creating a gated closure south of the confluence of Harvey & Algiers canals. Includes approx 1 mile of T-wall and approx 1.5 miles of tie-in levee.
