Release Notes
Version 2.0:
- Replaced the old Data Graph objects with the new and improved Data Graph objects that became available in ArcGIS 9.2.
- Added support for plotting graphs with M (measure) values if the line feature is M-Aware.
- Added capability to allow the user to select a template graph file.
- If the user clicks on a location that contains multiple lines, the program now displays a dialog which allows the user to choose which line to plot.
- The user now has the option to display distance along the line as station labels.
- Gave the users several options for setting appropriate default minimum and maximum elevations to display on the graph. Created an invisible graph series called “MinMaxDisplayedElevation” with a minimum and maximum point to ensure that the graph displays the appropriate elevation range.
- Modified the default title of the graph to display the layer name (as it appears in the table of contents), display field text, and object id.
- Fixed a bug that was causing the wait cursor to display incorrectly. Modified the Survey Plot icons and cursors to display purple lines instead of blue.
- When calculating distance along the line, if the points are in geographic coordinates, they are projected and distance is calculated in feet.
- The Y-Axis now displays elevation lines that are rounded to whole numbers. (This is actually a property of the graph file template).
- Modified the help button to display the help document in Internet Explorer instead of displaying it in a custom web browser window.
- Updated the sample map with newer imagery layers and other relevant layers.
