USACE JAMB - (Not Just Another Map Book)
USACE JAMB is an ArcGIS extension for creating mapbooks specifically developed for creating engineering plan and profile maps. JAMB is based on the source code published for the ESRI® DS Mapbook.
In addition to the base functionality provided by DS Mapbook, JAMB can link a profile plot to the map index grid such that when the page changes, the X range of the plot is updated to the station range of
of the linear feature on the current page used to create the index grid. This feature facilitates batch printing and exporting of plan and profile maps from a single map document.
JAMB also includes page-specific
graphic elements for cases where a label or other element is required on one page, but not any of the others.
