Corps to hold public meeting to discuss Dwyer Road landscape design plan

Southeast Louisiana Drainage Project (SELA)

NEW ORLEANS – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, will hold a public input meeting to discuss the proposed neutral ground landscape design plan for the Southeast Louisiana Drainage Project (SELA) along Dwyer Road.

A draft conceptual landscape plan was developed based on input from neighborhood groups and city representation. The purpose of the meeting is for residents to view the conceptual design and to gather additional input in order to further refine the design concept.
